La Grola Veronese I.G.T. is a captivating blend sourced from one of the most beautiful hills in the Valpolicella Classica region. This fragrant red wine undergoes meticulous winemaking, beginning with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and periodic daily pumping over. It ages for 16 months in second-passage French oak barriques, followed by an additional 2 months in large Slavonian barrels, and concludes with 10 months of bottle aging. The grapes are hand-harvested in the second half of September, ensuring the highest quality.
