If you're making burgers tomorrow check this out. Pair Assyrtiko, the highly celebrated varietal from Greece, with seafood based burgers. The citrus, saline flavors of the wine compliments the delicate flavors of the fish.
By.Ott Rose from Cotes de Provence will pair nicely with a turkey burger, and all the toppings that usually go on them. The citrus and plum notes of course will be refreshing on their own, too.
