Abuayyash Farms - Medjool Dates
Our journey started in 1929, when lands were farmed by the Abu Ayyash family in Bethlehem. Growing different fruits and vegetables was a way of living and was passed down in the family history. In 1974, Mahmoud Abu Ayyash started a date farm in a city called Al Karamah in the Jordan valley. Abu Ayyash started farming as a hobby and his hard work and persistence have alleviated the farm to what it is today. The Abu Ayyash family has mastered the art of growing natural wholesome dates in their farms. As one of the first farms to start cultivating the famous Jordanian Medjool dates in Al Karamah, we pride ourselves on being true market leaders and pioneers in our field. We strive to deliver unparalleled quality that exceeds our customers' expectations. Abu Ayyash Farms oversee all operations; from farming, harvesting, sorting, packaging, and ultimately exporting to insure the delivery of supreme date quality. Dates are our family's legacy and exceptional quality is our promise.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
After developing prototypes, tests and working closely with globally specialized technological companies, our state-of-the-art facility is now ready and operating at its full capacity. Now better than ever; our sorting technology is capable of viewing 360 degrees of Medjool dates surface while simultaneously weighing it and utilizing artificial intelligence through machine learning to sort every date according to dimension, color, weight, and skin defects.
Our technology exceeds far-beyond the current industry standards and capabilities, subsequently creating a long-awaited innovation in the challenging industry of Date sorting. This has enabled us to confidently guarantee an eye-pleasing, uniform, and consistent quality in every single package. As part of our social responsibility, we strive to achieve minimal carbon footprint. In order to achieve this goal, our storage facilities, machines, and packing house runs on 100% solar energy.
