At only 25 years old, Steve Estepp started Estepp’s Friendly Shell on Labor Day 1975 as a gas station dealer and automotive mechanic. Steve built up the business over the next decade working on cars, taking care of customers and building relationships that last to this day. In the mid 1980′s, Steve converted the service station and bays into a c-store expanding the grocery and beverage offerings.

Over the years, Steve began to expand the business by adding other locations in and around Lexington. Additionally, Steve continued to expand the offerings at Estepp Shell by adding a car wash and installing one of the first Subway restaurants in the Lexington area. We have now expanded to six great locations throughout the Lexington, Richmond, and Paris areas. For directions and contact information for these locations, visit www.estepps.com.
