Our Lady Tigers earned the right to play Duke in the District Championship tonight at 6pm. They did so by overcoming a double digit deficit to win 59 to 57 over Grandfield. The Altus Ace Hardware Player of the Game went to #12 Rose Lamar. She came off the bench to score a team high 16 points. Congratulations to the Lady Tigers!! Good luck Lady Tigers!! We are rooting for you!

What a game!! Our Tigers came back from a double digit deficit and beat Grandfield 70 to 67! It was déjà vu from the Lady Tigers win!! The Altus Ace Hardware Player of the Game went to #24 Dakota Sheffield. He had 25 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals and took a bunch of charges in the win!! They play Duke tonight for the District Championship. Good luck guys!! We are rooting for you!!

So…On Tuesday our Tipton Tigers beat Navajo in overtime 69-63. In a great back and forth game after halftime. The Altus Ace Hardware Player of the Game went to #15 Devin Nunley. He scored 17 points to help his team win! Congratulations to Devin and the rest of our Tigers!!

He had some tough decisions on what program/college he wanted to attend and play for but after many offers and long talks with college coaches, he has made his choice. Dakota will be playing football at SNU as a middle linebacker next year and we can’t wait to see you on that field!

So Pie a Cop was a great success! We raised 183.00 and John Booker matched it, making it 366.00. However, even though Toby Sheffield was the winner, Mack Mains agreed to take a pie if we could raise just 50.00 more….well we got 120.00 more and his daughter Landri got to smash a pie in his face! Thank you so much to all who donated and made this such a fun event, I’m sure the Baseball team will put those funds to great use!
