Chris Bianco’s pizza last month which was great. But Nancy Silverton’s crust always rocks. Super thin crust that is crispy and so light. Bacon Guanciale scallion pizza🙂

Sourced entirely from our home estate vineyard planted in 1981 this wine reflects the pinnacle of our efforts. Vines planted on native root stock, in nutrient depleted soils, dry farmed and hand harvested produce tiny yields that are big on flavor. Painstaking efforts by our vineyard and winemaking team including hand sorting, cold soaking open top fermentation, extended maceration and aging in 100% new French oak barrels for up to 25 months produce rewards that both you and the critics appreciate.
