Shana is great, great great granddaughter to Nathan 'Nearest' Green, fell in love with bourbon/Tennessee Whiskey after learning of her family heritage. Uncle Nearest Whiskey was created in order to commemorate one of the the best Whiskey Maker's ever, teacher and close friend to Jasper Newton, aka Jack Daniel. She became obsessed with comparing all of the whiskies she could in order to comprehend why Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey win so many awards.
