Precis Cocktail of the week invented by Peter Hutchinson.
Blondin Martini
1 ounce Precis Aquavit
4 ounces Precis Vodka
1 cocktail glass
Instructions:
Fill a metal shaker with cracked ice. Pour in the Aquavit and stir briefly, and strain out. Add the Vodka. Stir briskly for about 10 seconds, strain into chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with an olive.
