Day 4 of our Tribute!

Good Afternoon Lovely People of Earth C-137!
We have reached the final day of our week-long
tribute to the cutting edge beer crafters

Having zero intention of leaving you high and dry going into the weekend, we saved the very best for last!
I’d even go so far as to say, if one of these isn’t your vibe, maybe you don’t deserve to be happy 🤷‍♀️

For those who choose happiness, we have 2 super special B.A. Stouts for your deliberate consumption.

The first is MIND AT LARGE, an Imperial Stout aged
in wheated barrels, before being conditioned on candied pecans and 3 different vanillas.
Those rascals did all the heavy lifting themselves on this one, savor every sip and praise your local brewer.

The second, and perhaps the grand finale, is
WHAT IS TO COME, a voluptuous blend of Rye Wine
& Imperial Stout aged in Rye-Whiskey barrels. This molecular monstrosity was taken a step or 10 further with added caramel, 2 vanillas, and sugar maple spirals. If you weren’t convinced already, cuz you’re an angry tyrant, this belligerent bevy is a collab with & Oceanside’s own 🤘

Yup, that’s what I thought. I know… you’re welcome.
Don’t thank us though, thank the heros

Day 3 of our Tribute!

What better way to celebrate opening day than with a couple ABSOLUTE HITTERS!
Even more props to the homies !!!

Win the day with this creamy haze bomb collab
w/ aptly titled “Days of Grass”,
You can’t have a celebratory ball game without
fresh cut grass and this beer in your glass!

Oh and this one is double dry hopped w/ experimental HBC 1019, pellets and cryo. Really brings it all home after a sultry whirlpool of Nelson & Simcoe 702.

Not to be outshined, the dudes
bursted on to the brew deck with an incredible westie recipe, “Burst and Bloom” is unfiltered and double dry hopped heavily with a mix of HBC 586 Cryo, Mosaic, Strata & Simcoe! Fresh hops to honor fresh new life.

Day 2 of our tribute!

These two might be my favorite of all the releases.
The crazy cats came out swinging,
with a trending style everyone can appreciate,
and a very thematic sour devoted to the tropics.

The third release featured in our week-long tribute
is a New Zealand Pilsner in collab w/
Every square inch of the boil and fermenter was crammed with Nelson, Sueperdelic, and Nectaron.
Savagely hopped, yet still delicate, they went and snuck in some Mosaic 702 to really dial in this beauty.

This is where the fun really begins, our next feature
this week is a TIKI SOUR collab w/
Clocking in at 8% and over flowing with Passionfruit, Pineapple and Apricot. Oh that’s just 3 of the fruits included in this tangy gem, which also happens to be spiked with a concoction of house made bitters.
Yeah, the guys were not messing around with this one!
