Goose Island Bourbon County 2023 release is planned for Friday November 24th as you may have been inquiring. All five national variants will be available in limited quantities.
You can read about this years stouts here:

Goose Island's annual Bourbon County Stout lineup will be released on Black Friday with six new beers. Flavors include rice pudding, bananas Foster, and berries, and were aged in barrels from Kentucky bourbon distilleries.
