Meet the Staff Mondays 🍻

Today we are featuring Bill who works at the Romeoville location

1.) 1. What are you up to when you’re not at I&G?
Balancing a full-time job and I&G keeps me busy six days a week. During the winter, I like to spend my day off unwinding with a mix of activities: competing in a bowling league, catching up on YouTube, or immersing myself in Gran Turismo. In the summer, I make the most of the warmer weather by heading outdoors to enjoy a few rounds of disc golf.

2.) 2. If there was a zombie apocalypse, how would you survive?
If there was a zombie apocalypse, I’d stick to what I know and focus on survival basics. Since I’m decent with my hands, I’d work on building simple defenses and crafting tools to make life easier like setting up a reliable shelter. I’m also an okay communicator, so I’d focus on forming alliances and building a small, tight-knit group. Survival is definitely a team effort.

While my computer skills might not be much help after society collapses, I’d use my problem-solving mindset to adapt and figure things out. And when things calm down a bit, I’d put my brewing skills to use and start making my own beer. Because let’s face it, even in a zombie apocalypse, everyone could use a cold one to take the edge off!

3.) What is your favorite beverage?
My favorite beverage is definitely barrel-aged stouts, especially from Werk Force and Revolution Brewing. Their barrel programs are absolutely on point, delivering rich, complex flavors that make these beers my go-to every time.

🍻LagerFest 2024 was a success🍻 A huge thank you to everyone who made it run so flawlessly this year!
