An incredible evening at Marrow last night, enjoying amazing food and even more amazing wine! 🥂 From the luxurious first course of foie gras chawanmushi to the unforgettable aged duck breast paired perfectly with Cédric Parpette, Côtes du Rhône Bertholon (2023), every bite was a delight.

We ended the night with the delectable black sesame cheesecake, beautifully paired with the Prà Passito Bianco delle Fontane (2021) – the ultimate sweet finale to a stunning meal.

Special shoutout to Annette Peters of Bourget Imports – truly one of the G.O.A.T.s of the Minnesota wine scene – for bringing these incredible bottles into our glasses! 🙌
