Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
* Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
* Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register.
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers with their purchases.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
* Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing new stock.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Team player attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
* Must be 21+
* Willing to travel to our Walker or Park Rapids Store to pick up shifts if needed
* Some knowledge on our products
