2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley has a rich and compelling nose of blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, and and subtle notes of pine. This wine is structured firmly around deep flavors of brambly black fruits, blueberry and minerality. Supple, ripe tannins provide ample backbone. The finish is lengthy and layered. Decant to reveal the wine’s full complexity.

Whiplash Zinfandel is brilliant ruby red in color. Whiplash Lodi Zinfandel is full-bodied with a graceful touch of oak. Dynamic fruit including dark cherry, plum and blueberry combine with captivating hints of spice. Layered fruit flavors, soft tannins and hint of sweetness lead to a delightful finish.

Boody Butcher Bourbon Whiskey's balance is 16% Red Winter Wheat and 14% malted barley. The Bloody Butcher corn, notoriously difficult to grow, provides intense flavor and structure. The Red Winter Wheat provides a velvety texture and generous mouthfeel. Malted Barley rounds out the mashbill and provides structure as well as flavor. Deep caramel with an orange hue. Bright aromatics of ground cinnamon, dried orange peel and lilac blossoms. Finishes with a long, unctuous cherry flavor with pronounced minerality and a core of power.

Howling Mob Bourbon Whiskey's balance is 14% malted barley. The Howling Mob corn, notoriously low yielding and susceptible to weather, strikes a balance between decadence and elegance. Malted Barley completes the mashbill and provides structure as well as flavor. Rich amber hues with bright aromas of fresh orange zest and Madagascar vanilla bean. Smokey charred oak mid palate finishes with cinnamon bark and ground peppercorn. Full bodied and balance.

After a careful fermentation, it refines slowly in the winery's cellars. A wine suitable for any combination, fantastic with meat dishes and mature cheeses.

Tennessee Whiskey is a carefully handcrafted bourbon developed by American distillers whose skill, ingenuity, and love for their craft represent everything Carl Knobel stood for.

Each bottle is made using the finest ingredients from local farmers in Tennessee. Immediately after distilling, this whiskey is charcoal-filtered, commonly known as the Lincoln County Process, and aged for approximately five years in hand-toasted, new American oak barrels.

Bottled at 45% Alc./Vol. / 90 Proof, it makes an exceptional bourbon by all measures.

TASTING NOTES
Knobel Tennessee Whiskey has a rich, honey color and starts with sweet caramel and spicy orange aromas with hints of vanilla, almond, and oak. Warm flavors of sugar cookies, ginger, and fall spices fill the palate, leaving a long, sweet, and spicy finish reminiscent of apple pie.

LIMITED RELEASE!

Like the works of their favorite playwright, William Shakespeare, a glass of A Midwinter Night's Dram® is made to be savored, and over all too quickly. This limited-release whiskey is a sumptuous marriage of rye whiskeys finished in Port barrels. The rye forms a beautiful base of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon while the port barrels provide notes of plum, dried fruit, and spice. Like a proper holiday plum pudding, it's brimming with lovely mulling spices, dried fruits, and crème anglaise. Sip it slowly through the coldest night.

Nose
Underripe apricots, ginger poached pears, soft licorice, apple butter on fresh bread, Earl Grey tea, a cedar box, geraniums after a spring rain.

Taste
Peach marmalade, grapefruit zest, Danish pastry with brandy drizzle, grated nutmeg, vanilla meringue pie, roasted pecans.

Finish
Marzipan and chocolate mint leaves. Enchanting.

Horror Hotel is an 8% NE style DIPA based off of their collab with , As Long As It’s Dead. This new brew utilizes the same base as As Long As It’s Dead but features a new lineup of hops. Horror Hotel is Double Dry Hopped to the max with Mosaic, Krush (previously HBC 5860), and Cry Pop for a monstrous mash of juicy hop flavors. Pouring a bright yellow color, we’re finding notes of strawberry, blueberry, and peach along with tropical fruits like mango, guava, and pineapple.

Double Rye! is created from 2 rye whiskeys (both a minimum of 2 years old). The exclamation point is to signify their aim with this whiskey: showcase the beauty that is rye and create the spiciest rye whiskey in the world. The younger rye (sourced by High West) is produced on a column still and tastes of cinnamon, clove, anise, eucalyptus buttons, and evergreen "gin-like" flavors. The older rye (distilled by High West), made using a pot still, adds a richer, bolder character and just enough caramel sweetness and woody vanilla richness to calm the "bite" of the younger rye. The resulting combination is bold, balanced, complex, and perfect for mixing.

Triple Oak is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in a blend of Hungarian, Chinkapin, and French Oak Barrels.Everything they do is grounded in whiskey tradition – up to a certain point. This bourbon starts as a KY Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Then they finish it in oak casks sourced from around the world. They blend these toasted HUNGARIAN, CHINKAPIN AND FRENCH OAK BARRELS together to achieve a distinctive profile that pushes the boundaries.
🥃 Nose: Fresh, ripe apricot balanced by rich toasted oak, with highlights of honeysuckle blossom.
🥃 Palate: Bold baking spices from the oak with subtle hints of brioche and vanilla custard. Top notes of red plum anchored by fresh to***co and leather tannins.
🥃 Finish: A pleasant spice, lingering notes of nutmeg, black pepper, and cardamom, with a refined sweetness of brown sugar, and molasses.

The finished rye spends up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks. The taste profile of their finished rye whiskey is genuinely unique and worthy of Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson’s legacy. Tasting notes: The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth and drinkable whiskey.

The bourbon finished in port wine barrels is finished in port wine barrels which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it.

🥃 Palate: Vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate.
🥃 Finish: Clean and lingering sweetness with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades
