Hello all,
Thanksgiving is upon us, and with it, our hours this week will be different. We want you to to have as much time as possible to plan ( or wait until last minute) for your feast preparations.

Wednesday 22 10:30 am- 9pm
Thursday 23 10:30 am- 3:30pm
Friday 24 12 - 9 pm
Saturday 25 12 - 9 pm
Sunday 26 12 - 9 pm

Deliveries: Wednesday 22 10:30 am to 8 pm.
Thursday 23 10:30 am to 3 pm.

Rest of the week the delivery schedule is the usual 3pm to 8pm.

No Thursday tasting this week.
We will be back on 11/30 with Nick from Communal Brands pouring some favorites.
Come see us this week for some Thanksgiving friendly wines, recommendations, newly arrived bottles, grower champagne, magnums of Prosecco etc etc.

Taste a dream!
We are beyond excited to be the retail partner for Wines.
Chef of fame is lovingly restoring a 14th century Palazzo in the Amalfi coast town of Scala. He rescued the old vine terraced vinyards and made just ONE vintage before replanting!
8k bottles in total! …and made with his old buddy, our own on the team!
BIANCO-an electric laser beam white!
ROSSO-a lightly earthy, lip-smacking chill-able red.
ORANGE- and a wildly tasty 16 day skin macerated white (Orange!).

He also made a few bottled of sparkling rose that are only available at the Frank family restaurants.
All field blends of indigenous varieties.

Saké and Shochu! You're probably familiar with these Japanese products already, but these beverages are far more versatile than you'd think and have a place at the table for meals ranging far beyond your typical sushi spread. Today, Thursday from 5-7pm, we will be sampling three of our best sakés along with one of their stronger cousins, a barley based shochu, which is a perfect lower alcohol alternative for your vodka sodas & martinis.

Medici's Phermento Lambrusco di Sorbara is made in the oldest Lambrusco production method... how wines were produced in ancient times.
The must was bottled in Autumn and after primary fermentation it's left rest all winter in a cool place. with rising spring temperatures, a second spontaneous fermentation in the bottle begins with the residual sugar and native yeasts. It is in this phase that the bubbles of Lambrusco's are formed. At the end of fermentation residual yeast remain in the bottle which are not expelled, but are appreciated for the sapid characteristics and smooth texture they give.
