The french tradition of Beaujolais Nouveau celebrates the end of harvest and with it, the first wine of a new vintage. 🍇 🌞 🤤 The wine is meant to be bottled only three weeks after harvest, and enjoyed almost immediately after. The Beaujolais Nouveau is known as the "November wine" because if you're enjoying it correctly, you'll have opened a bottle before the month is over.
