I was born and raised in Caracas- Venezuela 🇻🇪 and I live in NYC 🗽 I’m a really loud and goofy person when I feel comfortable around people! my friends said I have too much energy sometimes 😅 I looove baking, I graduate from Culinary Art School in 2015 and from Nursing in 2017 (best years of my life 🥰) I dream of having my own bakery one day where I can do much more pastries 🥰

All white with silver details! 🤩Winter wedding cakesicles+ chocolate dipped Oreo cookies 🤤🤤🤤

Have you ever try to make white chocolate, whiter? 🤯 no matter the brand you use, wafers or candy melts, they always gonna be a bit yellow tone, so for that I’ll give you some tips:
✅Always choose oil base coloring over gel when you’re working with chocolate!
✅ you can also use a “flo-coat” and gel food coloring, using a ratio 5-1 (5 drops of flo coat and 1 gel coloring)
✅ if still to yellow, add a tiny drop of purple to cancel the yellow from the chocolate!

Estas fueron una de las primeras galletas que hice, tenia una idea de como queria que quedaran, pero no sabia cual seria el resultado (estaba aprendiendo) todo lo hice a mano, sin ayuda de un proyector o deshidratador. el resultado fue increible… termine muy contenta… tambien estaba aprendiendo a tomar mejores fotos, cuando me di cuenta de que esta colaboracion iba a enseñar lo maravillada y orgullosa estoy de todo lo que he hecho, no dude dos veces en unirme! es te es ! gracias Dotty 💕 por incentivarnos a mostrar nuestro potencial y estar orgullosos de eso!

🇺🇸 These were one of the first cookies I made, I had an idea of how I wanted them to be, but I didn't know what the result would be (I was learning) I did everything by hand, without the help of a projector or dehydrator. The result was incredible! I ended up very happy. I was also learning to take better photos, when I realized that this collaboration was going to show how amazed and proud I am of everything I have done, I do not hesitate twice to join! This is ! thank you Dotty 💕 for encouraging us to show our potential and be proud of it! 💕

Fanática de esta paleta de colores y cómo terminó siendo el diseño de estas galletas! 😍😍😍 fue la primera vez que use el proyector y me encantó! Ahora lo uso para todo 😅 antes de tenerlo, debía intentar “calcar” o dibujar directamente sobre la galleta y me tardaba ratos! Todo es más rápido ahora 😍
Los cortadores que usé están tagueados en la foto 🏷 use una mezcla de sprinkles que también están tagueados
