Time for another ⚠️ FAKE ALERT ⚠️
One of our amazing followers just got this cigar as a gift and asked us to authenticate it. As always, we asked for as many photos as possible, but in this case the first one was more than enough. Here are the reasons:
- The white squares are overlapped by the golden Cohiba rectangle;
- On the top of the band, there is a lot of unused black space;
- The “Habana, Cuba” letters are too big.
Can you identify any other sign?

This is something you don’t see every day. The most amazing box of H. Upmann Monarchs from 2007 is now looking for a new home and it deserves a true aficionado. The Monarchs were discontinued in 2009 and some say they are the best cigar ever made from H. Upmann. To top it all up, it is a Churchill vitola, with a beautiful ring gauge of 47 and a length of 7.00” (178mm).🤜🤛

The Hoyo de Rio Seco is an incredible cigar. For those who like presence, it offers a big ring gauge of 56 and a length of 5.50” without being overwhelming on the palate. The Hoyo de Rio Seco is a friendly giant with its light-medium body and that wonderful woody and somewhat spicy profile of Hoyo de Monterrey. Enjoy!

Discontinued in 2017, the H. Upmann Petit Coronas are still one of the favorites among aficionados. Some even argue that, in a battle of Marevas (Vitola de Galera) the H. Upmann gets the win from Montecristo No. 4. And that’s a pretty big statement to make! What do you think about it?
