Position Summary:
In this position you will be responsible for providing part time janitorial support on the outside of our Convenience Store in the mornings Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 10:00 am.
If you are a responsible, reliable, organized person, who enjoys cleaning and engaging with a great team and you are self-driven, NOW is the time to apply!
Shift:
Currently hiring for part time (10-14 hours per week). Ideally, the position would work each Monday through Friday mornings before 10 am, but consideration will be given for a shift late afternoon to early evening. This position will be 5 days a week (M-F) and with some possible extra hours for additional cleaning when needed.

Job Description/Duties:
The basic duties for this position will be outside janitorial work including, but not limited to:
• Walk the parking lot and grassy areas to remove trash, cigarette butts and other items discarded
• Empty trash containers throughout property
• Maintain windshield washer tanks and squeegees
• Approximately every two weeks (or more as needed) degrease and pressure wash all pumps, concrete near pumps, bollards and spanners
• Refresh paint on bollards and other areas as needed
• Pressure wash concrete around doors and sides of building as needed
• Basic repairs and maintenance as needed
• Communicate with supervisor and coworkers to ensure completion of all tasks.

Job Requirements:
• Ensuring that the property continues to be neat, clean and organized
• Able to effectively use hands and feet for work
• Able to work around chemicals and cleaning agents
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to meet image standards
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
• Can handle a fast-paced work environment with the ability to multi-task
• Flexibility to work extra hours as requested
• Reliable transportation to get you to and from work as scheduled
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
