Andy’s is Smoking this week! Fresh, peacan wood smoked, pulled pork sandwiches topped with coleslaw if you like. We will have it fresh off of the smoker and ready to serve you on Friday for lunch! Danny is going to make home made baked beans and fry up some kettle chips to top it off! We’ll even through in a drink too. Come and eat with us on Friday around 11:00.

I just left the funeral of a long time, greatly respected, neighbor, customer and certainly a good friend, Floyd Cagle. The pastor who officiated the ceremony kept things short and to the point. He probably made the most profound statement I had ever heard at a funeral. He asked the congregation how we were all living our “Dash”. simply put, And not so much in the pastors exact words, we will all have our birthdate and our death date on our tombstones but the most important thing on that tombstone is the dash between those dates. So, how are We living our “Dash”? I’ll never forget that statement.
