Today we are sharing our favorite White Wines:

🍇 Borrasca Prosecco DOCG (Italy) - White flowers, Bartlett pears, and almonds layer and show the elevated quality of this Prosecco. The wine is rich while keeping a fruit forward soft side present giving a nice texture on the mid-pallet and finish.

🍇 Nobilis Vinho Verde White Blend (Portugal) - Pale yellow gold color with aromas of citrus, orange and grapefruit rinds. This is a "better for you" take on Vinho Verde with lower alcohol (9% ABV) and only 84 calories. The palate is light and almost effervescent with a light lime zest finish.

🍇 Saladini Pilastri Pecorino Offida DOCG Organic, 2023 (Italy) - Sliced pear, lemon and peach aromas, with salty olive undertones. It’s fresh and creamy with a medium body and a tasty, saline finish. From organically grown grapes.

🍇 Albino Armani Pinot Grigio Corvara, 2023 (Italy) - Notes of sliced pears, chalky lemon and grapefruit peel with hints of dried herbs. Medium-bodied, juicy and mouthwatering with vivid acidity and a fruity finish.

🍇 Olema Chardonnay Reserve Sonoma County, 2022 (California) - Medium-bodied wine with aromas and flavors of apple, lemon, stone and pear. This is a fresh and crisp white wine with light vanilla almost custard like note and a crisp finish.

This sip is a must-try St. Patrick’s twist on the classic whiskey cocktail. Made with fresh ingredients and bright flavors, we’re positive it will shamrock your world. So, add some green to your glass and celebrate! Clover Whiskey Fizz 🍀 • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey • 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup • Splash of Lime Juice • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves • Sparkling Wine or Ginger Ale • Crushed Ice Place mint leaves, splash of lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Gently muddle.
