The Ultimate Marg:

1.5 oz Corazon Blanco Tequila
1 oz Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur 75 oz Fresh lime juice25 oz Agave Nectar

Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Optionally, salt half the rim of the glass with kosher salt.

Bruce Sunpie Barnes is renowned for blending zydeco, blues, and African rhythms. A former member of the Paul Simon Band, Sunpie has performed as a multi-instrumentalist on stages globally. Beyond his musical achievements, he is an author, photographer, former NFL Chiefs player, and a National Park Service Ranger. Deeply rooted in New Orleans Mardi Gras culture, Sunpie serves as Big Chief for one of the oldest Afro-Creole carnival groups in the United States. With family ties to Mer Rouge, he frequently visits north Louisiana.

🥃 3/4 oz Peychaud's Aperitivo
🥃 3/4 oz Romano Amaro
🥃 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1. Shake ingredients well with ice.
2. Strain into your fanciest (or unfanciest) cocktail vessel.
