Unique blends of distinct mash bills, consisting of Corn, Rye, Malted Barley & Malted Rye; Aged in new toasted & charred barrels made from Kentucky Oak, air seasoned a minimum of 18-24 months; Water source from the historic distillery well. Distilled and bottled at the historic James E. Pepper Distillery (DSP-KY-5) in Lexington, Kentucky. Aged a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 100 proof. Distilling season listed on signature strip label.

Tasting notes: Very drinkable; Rich notes of caramel, vanilla, spices and malt.

Chairman’s Reserve was first blended in 1999, overseen by then Chairman, Laurie Barnard, as a special project to create a fine quality rum that can represent the iconic style of St. Lucian rum. New to our store! .tequila sipping tequila in all sizes; shots, pints, fifths, and half gallons!

Inside the cool bottles, is even tastier spirit.
Even the unaged blanco is smooth enough to sip, and their secret is time! Agave are picked well into maturity - at least 8 years old and up to 12 years old, before being slow-baked in a stone oven. The growing and roasting are where much of the flavor comes from. Juices are squeezed out with a roller mill and open air fermented before being twice distilled, saving ONLY the hearts of the distillation. No shortcuts!
Reposado is aged average 8 months in a hand-selected bourbon barrels, and añejo average 18 months in bourbon barrels.

JAMESON 18 YEAR OLD LIMITED RESERVE: This is a good blended Irish Whiskey. Plenty of sweet notes (sherry and dark sweets), earthy notes (roasted and copper) and fruity notes (orchard and banana) to keep things even and interesting. But I wish there was something more to it… I wish it was a bit more substantive. The aroma is light and at times feels like it’s missing something, like it’s just not fully there. The palate seems to overcorrect and come in with barrage of flavors that are pleasant, easy to handle and feel well balanced – it’s the best part of this whiskey by far. The finish starts nice but fades out to nothing too quickly. Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve is a good whiskey.
