We just want to thank you all for choosing us through all these difficult times we have been going through. You’re the reason why we love doing this❤️!

We finally got ALL shipments that were being held by customs released to us🥳. We received our certificate after completing the courses and everything is good to go now. All shipments that were pending to ship will be sent to us in the next week or two and take about 15-25 days to ship to the US.

As far as fulfillment goes, please be patient. While the cups were in customs, because we were flagged, they were rough with the packages and unfortunately cups do get damaged. We do need extra time to inspect each cup individually before they are repackaged individually with matching straw and labeled before shipment. Fulfillment will take a little longer too because the only person fulfilling is Sumana. We are a small business with over 1,000 orders currently. She will be working as fast as she can to fulfill all orders.

Bubblegum preorders: we have invoiced everyone, please check your email and junk email to pay the remainder balances. For those who reached out and wanted payment plans I (Lauren) will be invoicing you individually with a PayPal invoice to match the payment plan you requested. Please message your PayPal emails to pay using a PayPal invoice.

Hello Starbie members here is your weekly update:

We anticipated getting at least 3-4 packages yesterday, and unfortunately, we only received one.😔The contents in the box are: 2 Zebra, 10 Diamond Purple, 3 Iridescent Purple, 5 sets of Taiwan Ombre, 5 Icy Blue, 2 Silver and Black Rhinestone, and 15 Korea Gradations. This is all a small partial of what we ordered.
While this is not the news we were anticipating/ hoping for, we received AMAZING news!😁 We are getting ALL shipments out of customs on the 7th of February AND we are no longer going to be flagged. 🥳What does this mean? No more customs holds! 🥳Our goal is to fulfil every member’s orders by the end of February with the exception of the bubblegum and the Indonesian trio, the since those release mid- February and mid-March. We are going to be busy! In the meantime, our broker has advised us to wait to ship anything else just in case so that means just released or is not already in customs until we are cleared so we do not have to wait longer. All shipments will resume as normal after the 7th of February.

LATM Sapphire and Grape: We were scammed out of 200 cups in our original order. We have had to resort to using another coordinator to fulfill these orders. Again, we will know more at the end of the month/ beginning of February if they secured enough cups for these orders. We are looking at multiple locations to get as many as we can, and we do know some have been secured but do not know full numbers yet. In the case we do not secure enough, we will be refunding accordingly based on who was first.

Zebra’s🦓 : we believe we have secured enough to get all Paid in full orders and most all the partially paid orders. For the ones we are fulfilling next week be on the lookout for an email notifying you you’re up. We still are securing these as Paid in full first and then the partials. We will know more when all have shipped out to us. The second release zebras in the Philippines are being shipped to us the week of valentine’s day.

Unicorn cups and keychains🦄: those will be released from customs on the 7th.

Korea mint: jeweled will be shipped to us on the 6th we are waiting to be lifted from customs so that there are zero issues with it getting released.

Korea white SS: we have 16 in customs and more shipping the 6th.

Icy blue and pink: These will all come out of customs on the 7th.

All China orders in customs: these will release on the 7th.

Indonesian dragon flag cups: all are secured and should be in the US by the 20th.

Turquoise jeweled: all are secured from Taiwan and are waiting to ship to US until customs releases our shipments February 7th.

Indonesian Trio will release mid-March.

All APAC cups that are in customs will be released on February 7th.

Rhinestone Purples: Will be released from customs on the 7th.

Things are finally looking up and we are prepared to be slammed with orders to fulfill. We want to thank you guys for sticking with us through our hard times and are so thankful we are finally no longer going to be flagged by US customs by the 7th. Most of all, we are thankful for all the supporting members, you’re the reason we love doing this. ❤️

We understand your concerns and frustrations. We are listening and doing everything we can to show you that we can still be trusted with your hard-earned money. We have put in countless hours responding to members, refunding, and working on fulfilling orders as they come. The unnecessary drama, lies, and rumor spreading is not necessary. We have refunded all who have reached out, and we are still fulfilling orders, and updating customers. From here on, negative comments for attention will not be tolerated. We are all adults here. The comments sections are not to rile people up. They are for communicating with us your excitement, concerns, and comments. So, lets address these false rumors going around.

First, the rumor going around that we are charging a 10% restocking fee is not true. Not one refund we have done in the last few days has been charged this. This 10% fee is when you cancel your order while we have the inventory in stock and is listed on the website. However, going forward there is a no cancelation clause with new preorders. We understand buyers’ remorse and will cancel in the first 24 hours, going forward though there is no cancellations.

The rumor going around that we are not answering, or refunding is not true. We have issued every single refund with no hesitations because of the customs issues we have been having, but now that shipments are being released more now, that will stop. As mentioned to all members who have asked for refunds, they take a few days to process.

The rumor going around that we are greedy is not true. If this were the case, we wouldn’t have taken such a hit honoring the prices of the zebra. No other seller came close to our price and honored it like we did. I’m sorry, but the bubblegum price is out of our control, this is coming from the coordinator not us.
The rumor going around that we declare the value of the cups and not the resell. This is pulled from our clause pertaining to customs clearance and if packages are lost. This has nothing to do with the prices we sell to our members.

We love our members, and we want to thank you for sticking with us through these difficult times. We promise to come back stronger than ever for our members and to become one of the best sellers for cup collectors again.

I understand all the disappointments and upsets. We honestly did not want to open the preorder on bubblegum until we got the pricing confirmed and when we did initially, that is when we open it at $78 (2600 PH) were be quoted. Than it came back at 7500PH which is $150 and we are adjusting to what is being asked by our supplier. It’s not that we are greedy. If we were , we would have taken different route since zebra time.

We understand some of you may find that we are no longer for you and we regret that we caused you to feel such way.

Lauren is a customer herself and was kind enough to help while our family trying to find the balance and work through our personal life at this moment.

We have no intention to take advantage of anyone other than just trying to serve the community. Again we apologize for disappointing our members. We are just as human as you all are and doing our best to resolve all pending issues

Please do remember only half of us are back and we are juggling the hats at best we can. We have been doing cups inspection and inventory process and fulfillment to push as many out this week

All the partial items received we will fulfill according to order sequence (paid in full)

Our EMAIL Access still disabled and our IT from Shopify is still working on it and we too uncertain why it is taking longer than usual. Shopify chat is also limited to access . They are working on the merging all communication channels into one APP and unfortunately because we did made too many attempt to access remotely and not able to get the OTP did contribute to the platform being lock and disable .

We also have a kind member who was kind enough to join our team to help with keeping up with the communication and responding to everyone and we are preparing the details information to equip her so that she can respond to everyone with information that would be most accurate. We are so excited !!

Hello Starbies

We know we have caused some discomforts, curiosities, angers and more these past few weeks or month of December and we do owe everyone apologies and explanation. Everyone’s worries and concerns are definitely valid as we did fall short on our end in the updates and communications from how we use to do our weekly update. Please forgive us once again as this will be a long post.

We as family did face some major family emergency and major loss that took the best out of all of us. So we did continue to function at the best capacity we could while attending to the circumstances. Beginning of November, US Custom reached out to us for clarification on the shipments that came in as it contain wrong HIC code and declaration and our team member who was kind enough to cover for us while we attend to our family situation didn’t know better and respond that the shipments were for personal / gift. With over 12 shipments and 300 cups that of course didn’t make sense and consequently of it we were black listed for import compliance review for the period of 3-6 months . So all of the shipments for all collections released from late October to now has been undergoing 100% custom clearance review process which result in a lot of our fulfillment schedule.

We are of course 100% responsible and we hold ourselves accountable and take all ownership of the situation and working through the mistakes made.

We have however been slowly getting shipments release few boxes weekly. So we are slowly fulfilling all orders as we get them. We are not able to predict of what is being release and we find out when we get them.

We did set and schedule the email and post to be sent to our members back on December 16th that we would be out to attend to our family event and we will do our best to keep with communication and apparently the schedule email and post didn’t get processed since we set it on draft and didn’t confirm. We truly weren’t function at our best and we are truly sorry.

We have been back since last week and catching up and still catching up but felt the need to explain to hopefully ease up everyone discomfort and letting you all know we are here and we are not scamming anyone .

We have seen and acknowledged the posts and comments made whether it is though here or other groups to raise awareness. We are all humbled by it and they are all valid concerns and we are not contesting any of it. We appreciate all comments and feedback as it either validate us or point out what we need to correct on.

Yesterday we did the inventory process on the shipments so we can work on fulfillment this week. Please be mindful that only half of us is back so we are juggling hats at best we can.

We will be able to do better update once we go through all shipments that came in while we were out and we will be able to get to everyone waiting to hear on their orders

Emails and. Chat through Shopify we are having some issues accessing and Shopify IT department are working on it for us. It could be the fact that we may have try too many attempt to login remotely and couldn’t get the SMS code to do authentication and now it’s lock .

We understand and validate everyone concerns and emotions. Please know that we have every intention to not only correct but we will come back stronger. We do regret disappointing all of you and commit to work though this improvement and rise above it all victoriously !

We hope everyone find this message well. We maybe little slow or delay in responding our emails , messages and chat since Monday due to inventory process and fulfillment. We received partial shipments from custom clearance and now working on inventory process and inspections and repacking. Please accept our apologies for delay in responding. We want to push out as many orders as we can.

We have been on fulfillment since Monday for over 200 orders to be shipped . Labels were created so that our fulfillment team can pack your packages . Some of you may receive tracking info and no update , That’s we are working on your order or UPS not yet pick up your package (limit to 50 package pick up per day).

Some reported that USPS asking to pay postage , please PM us or email us and we will reimburse the additional postage they are asking for.

We received the entire shipments! Woohoo 🙌 and All preorders has been fulfilled. We have few orders pending for balance and please kindly remit your balance so we can complete the fulfillment of this collections. Exciting News ! The return of PH Exclusive Zebra will be releasing again January 3,2023 !!!

It’s confirmed the zebra will be returning !!

For all orders that are pending to be fulfilled including the partial payment ; we will work on securing on this return release day !!!

We are not sure of how many and how limited it would be but we are quite confident that we are able to fulfill those who are still waiting for theirs and stood by us as we stood our ground and didn’t feed into the FOMO.

Of course those who still hold their spots including the partial payment orders will be prioritized.

Now here is the big question for our members who been waiting Next in Line and been patiently waiting. We hate to disappoint our members should there be a limitation again. So we would like to know your thoughts about opening to preorder :

1) Open the preorder $95 to $120 and will be ok should Starbie Connections not able to secured and open to cancel and refund
