If you're watching the solar eclipse today, then you need this Orange Eclipse cocktail recipe!!

Ingredients:

2 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1 oz. blood orange juice
0.5 oz. sweet vermouth
4 dashes of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with an orange peel.
