Harold’s Perfect Chocolate Old Fashioned🖤 Ingredients: • 2 oz chocolate-infused whiskey* • 1 sugar cube • 2 dashes chocolate bitters • Orange peel • Ice Instructions: 1. Place the sugar cube in a Rocks Glass. 2. Add 2 dashes of chocolate bitters. 3. Muddle the sugar cube until dissolved. 4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the chocolate-infused whiskey. 5. Stir gently. 6. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish. Chocolate-Infused Whiskey Recipe: • 1 cup whiskey • ¼ cup cocoa nibs • 2 tbsp brown sugar • ½ vanilla bean (split) Instructions: 1. Combine whiskey, cocoa nibs, brown sugar, and vanilla bean in a glass jar. 2. Seal and let infuse in a cool, dark place for 2-3 days, shaking occasionally. 3. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove solids. 4. Transfer to a clean bottle and store in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
