As we get to the end of dry January, I would all but guarantee that you have seen something about or containing Adaptogens and Nootropics, especially in cocktail alternatives. You might also find yourself asking "What the heck are those?" Adaptogens are plants and herbs that help your body stay balanced and Nootropics are essentially brain vitamins to help boost mental clarity. Pretty sweet, huh?
