Happy Independence Day. Although we are close I wanted to share a favorite Independence Day recipe… A seafood boil! So much easier than it looks. First. you are gonna wanna get that water seasoned up and brought to a boil. I use a bit of seafood stock, Old a bay and Sea salt. bring it to a boil and drop in your potatoes and corn let that roll for about 5 to 10 minutes then add any seafood you want. Denser seafood goes in first like your lobsters and thick fish then pretty much everything else cooks real quick.
