A Christmas present for you…

Thanks, Donna Owen for this very special remembrance that before there was as Bruno’s Liquor Store, there was Bruno’s very popular watering hole beside the daily train from Chicago called Bruno’s Pink Isle. After the fire burned down the historic Hotel Geneva, Pat & Bruno took a long road trip to reconsider their options in life. The name suggests a fun place to party and recover from a long train ride. This is a song Donna’s friend Sandy K. sang at Bruno's bar in 1969.
