Today was bad news for the v**e industry in Louisiana the injunction from January 24th was not extended!
(On January 24, 2024, Judge Fields (19th JDC) granted a preliminary injunction that enjoins the ATC from enforcing the provisions related to the publication and enforcement of the V**E Directory and imposing the stamping agent requirements for v**e wholesalers.)
