The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profits for a store location. Oversees and ensures that the overall condition of all stores comply with company standards including but not limited to cleanliness, food services, store and food sanitation, customer service and merchandising.
• Drives sales and profits.
• Coaches/develops employees on establishing plans to help them achieve goals.
• Monitors all store activities to ensure that customers receive a 5 Point customer service.
• Builds strong, sales focused teams through recruiting, hiring, training and coaching.
• Ensures store locations provide a friendly 5 Points greeting, assists customers, and responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensures store operations are current on product offerings and promotions.
• Ensures that all employees are following company dress code standards.
• Ensures work attendance in compliance with company expectations.

Qualifications
3 – 5 years of management experience required.

Knowledge and Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated skills in leadership and customer service. Demonstrated ability to develop and promote team members. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proficient accounting skills.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, sit and walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance on a ladder and/or stool, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
