Happy Valen-Swine’s Day 🐷😘 Smooches from our Pretty Penny Girl!

The pigs are feeling extra loved today thanks to some of our very generous supporters! The Silvermans made our February 14th celebration even sweeter by donating dinners to all 170+ pigs at Ross Mill Farm today, plus lunch for the staff 💘🥹 Many, many heartfelt thanks!

🌿🐖 Long-time friends of Ross Mill Farm and Pig Placement Network have opened their own sanctuary - Maxine's Hideaway! This is a very special place in memory of their dear piggy Maxine, who passed in 2018. Currently, Maxine’s Hideaway is home to two wonderful Pig Placement Network pigs – Bindi and Popo! Popo, who was once morbidly obese, has made an incredible transformation and is now living his best life in Florida, grazing all day and loving every moment. 🌞

A huge congratulations and best of luck to Dan and Cara, whose passion for helping pigs has led them to this incredible new venture. Here’s to a bright future at Maxine’s Hideaway – where love and compassion always come first! 🐷💚

Two happy tails! 🐷💖 We’re thrilled to share two recent piggy adoptions from Ross Mill Farm!
🐷First, Lapras, from Mama Ash’s litter, has found her forever family and is already settling in with her piggy sister, May May. Lapras was just a day old when she arrived at the farm, and we’re so happy to see her thrive in a loving home after all the socialization and care she received here.
🐷Meanwhile, sweet Penelope has finally found her match too! After a long journey with a few other piggy friends who arrived together at Ross Mill Farm and have all since been adopted, Penelope is now happily living with her new family and piggy brother, Ike!
We still have piglets and toddlers waiting for their forever homes—could one of them be your new family member? Give a piggy a forever home! 🥰

More winter wellness! Keep your outdoor pigs cozy this winter with these simple tips! 🐷❄️

✨Straw bedding in their outdoor houses provides insulation, absorbs moisture, and keeps them warm as they burrow in.
✨Rubber door flaps block wind, rain, and snow, keeping their shelter dry and draft-free while allowing ventilation.

Together, these help keep pigs happy, healthy, and safe all winter long! 🥰

Winter wellness tip for your outdoor piggies: Add warm water to their food at mealtime! 🐷💧 It helps prevent dehydration, encourages eating and drinking when the cold makes them less interested, supports digestion, and boosts body temperature to keep them cozy! A simple step for healthier, happier piggies this winter! ❄️
