For everybody looking for information pertaining to the reopening of Mountain motor, this is an old page from 2011 when I last worked there. I've left it open to direct fans the right direction. Tony Sturgill took the lease over and done a lot of work! Hauled sand out, hauled dirt in, completely redone the track. Put up a couple new lights. He's racing Super Late models, open wheels, bombers and 4 cylinders. I believe he's paying to win LM-$1200, open whel-$600, Bombers-$450, 4 cylinder-$300 I think.

Admission is $12 stands and $30 pits (30 or 25 pits). But on the new page he has a schedule, payouts, rule, etc. Just search
"Mountain Motor speedway 2016"

Hey everyone, Sorry this page hasnt been updated...Computer problems have kept me down..But ill be updating it atleast a couple times a week....Were back under the lights on Friday nights!!!! Come out Friday and enjoy a great family fun night!!

Points Champions!!! Even though the MMS season is not over yet we have ended our point season and crowned our point champions..Limited late model -- #4 Rookie, Mark Sturgill, Open Wheel Modified-- #4 josh Watts, Bomber-- #5 Willie Mcintyre, Stock 4 cylinder DI Henson, and Powder Puff Cheyenne perkins!!

Sorry to be late on this...This weeks winners were #5 Stephen Breeding-LLM, #15 Brandon Mason-OWM, #45 Tim Mason-Bombers, and #18 John Henson-4 cylinder...Everybody come out this coming weekend for another grat night of racing on 10-8-10!!!!

All MMS FB friends, were not done yet!!! the season will continue this coming friday night with more great racing action!!! So come on out Friday night , gates oppen at 4:00 drivers meeting at 7:30..Hillside admission 10.00 adults 5.00 kids and pit admission is 20.00 a head!!!

Remember folks, this weekend The Lois Baker memorial for the open wheel modifieds, paying $1,200 to win and $600 2nd..reguler purse there back..MMS follows the 2009 Bob mod rules..>All other classes will have double points this weekend. OWM will have double points next weekend..

The Roger Breeding Memorial $1,000 to win LLM race was won by #1 Joe King last night as he went flag to flag in excellent racing..Other winners were #45 Tim Mason, #32 Greg Lucas, and #0 Roger Burke...Pictures will be added later tonite . Come out to MMS this weekend for our annual Kids night!! We will have prizes to give away, free items for the kids, were giving away a Boys ike, Girls bike, ANDDDDD a new 110cc 4 wheeler!! Plus kids (and kids at heart) will get a chance to ride around the track in thier favorite race cars!! Racers In Christ will be there selling lite up toys, and briging thier blow up bouncy house as well as speading the gospel..

MMS wins again!! #4 mark Sturgill took the LLM feature making it back to back, #41 Jason "Big Show" Hall wins the open wheel feature, #327 Chase Adams continues his ways as he wins the bomber feature, and DI Henson wins a close 4 cylinder feature again!!!

Awsome racing this past Friday night at MMS!! Winners include #4 mark Sturgill in LLM with his first win in LLM, #4 Josh Watts visiting victory lane again, as well as #327 Chase Adams visiting victory lane again. #0 Roger Burke won with Cheyenne Perkins in the PP. Jon Burton won the season opener dash for cash!!

Unfortantly due to unrelentless rain in the area MMS has had to cancell races tonite for 7-9..We was good to go untill the last rain storm came through and the track conditions were just too bad, in addition to fog rolling in and the rain not stoping..Racing will continue next week, 7-16!!! We have had several inquiring bout the lineups for this friday night. As per drivers request, qualifying times will stand this week from the blackout night. We will hot lap and then go straight to heat races...Any cars that have not qualified are more than welcome to come and race and be put in heat races...

This weekend didnt go as planned..Before racing got started there was an accident that knocked power out at the track and aound the track..I Hope the people involved in the accident are okay. As for racing, we got to qualify but AEP was unble to get the power restored by the time we were told..Hope everyone can make it out Friday for the Firecracker 30 Iron Man Classic!!
