We do a second chance drawing here at Dinner Bell , any scratch off purchased from Dinner Bell that is a LOSING ticket -you HAVE to put your name and phone number on the back and drop it in the second chance box. I pull 3 winners around the 1st of the month:

1st place wins $100 dollars in scratch offs
2nd place wins $25 dollars in scratch offs
3rd place wins a large 1 topping pizza

On December 2nd I pulled the winners for the month of November and here they are David won $100 and Sandra won $25 in scratch offs
