Welcome to NV Phase Three Brewing! This Throwback to August of 2021 when we first got with our friends at Other Half Brewing Co. to brew up a hazy banger - welcome back, All Pixel Everything. Combining DNA from their All [Hop] Everything series and our classic Pixel, this double dry-hopped hazy double IPA features big notes of tropical fruit, juicy citrus, and vinous white grape.

Hops: Citra, Motueka, + Nelson Sauvin

Bernie is proud to model an Imbib Jarbidge 2022, this bourbon barrel-aged Belgian Dark Strong Ale clocks in at 14.5% ABV and is infused with bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup. This vintage was aged in Buffalo Trace and Weller Wheated bourbon barrels. 🐶 🍺 🏖️

Dig the dank. Savor the stank. Leafy Greens presents an increase by orders of magnitude in dankness. The aroma of certain hops, particularly CTZ, has long been described as similar to ma*****na. Scientific examination has indeed proven that Humulus Lupulus and Cannabis Sativa are relatives, both members of the Cannabinaceae family. Ponder these branches of the family tree while enjoying this mellow IPA with friends, music, solid visuals and readily available munchies.

Kabru is named after a mountain in the Himalayas in India. In the 1780s, a London brewer called Hodgson made a heavily hopped beer to survive the six-month journey from Britain to India. The beer not only survived the grueling trip, but was found to have improved immeasurably. This was the prototype IPA; the beer gradually became paler and more refreshing to suit the Indian climate. Kabru is brewed to be a classic West Coast IPA. We dry-hopped this beer with modern hops for flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, lemon zest, pine and spice.
