Update: FACEBOOK FRIENDS you are truly amazing!!! We can’t thank you all enough for sharing and helping us! Thank you to the person from Wahpeton who saw this on a friends page who had shared our post for giving us a good lead. This person ended up seeing our post after being behind these two girls in a line checking out of another store. I had called this certain store and informed them of what was happening to them as well. After investigating and watching cameras this store too had been took for several large amounts of bad checks and were able to get them on camera as well as license plates. Police departments have been contacted and we are hoping this will not happen to our small town stores anymore! We have learned a lesson through this ordeal also: unfortunately people can just order checks and make them look very real and people have fake ID’s…….we were took for a lot of money. Hoping this post will help other stores also in regards to checks policies. However, there is still good in this world and we can see it with all of you who have shared this post and tried to help! THANK YOU!!
