Witching Hour Toddy 🍵🌙

Ingredients:
1.5 oz bourbon or spiced rum 🥃
1 cup hot apple cider 🍏
1 oz honey or maple syrup 🍯
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 🌰
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg ✨
Cinnamon stick (for garnish) 🌿
Apple slices or star anise (optional garnish) 🍏⭐
Instructions:
Heat the Cider:

In a saucepan, heat the apple cider over medium heat until hot but not boiling. 🍏
Mix the Ingredients:

In a heatproof mug, combine the bourbon or spiced rum, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the hot cider over the mixture and stir well. 🍵
Garnish:

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and optional apple slices or star anise for a festive touch. 🌿🍏
Serve:

Enjoy your warm Witching Hour Toddy immediately, wrapped in a cozy blanket! 🌙🍵
Tips:
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
For a non-alcoholic version, simply use hot apple cider with spices!
