What a fun day taking it easy…sort of. Enjoyed learning the craft of pizza dough making with Ivan and left it to rise while we headed off to for a stunning experience with a drop dead gorgeous view!
Then, back to to fish the pizzas and enjoy! Finished the night with a toast of limoncello with our host Ivan!

San Gimignano was bathed in glorious sunshine! Wonderful wander through the narrow streets, watching the old men critique walkers by and a quick cappuccino before heading to for a delicious lunch (bean and lentil stew was divine!)
