• Bula Red Blend, D.O. Montsant, Catalunya, Spain 2020 - The grapes and blend is 40% Cariñena, 40% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Brilliant ruby color. Fresh and assertively perfumed, displaying an array of red and dark berry scents and a soft floral character. It seems as though we say this quite often, but this is a deliciously cool wine tasting.
• Stirm "Wirz Vineyard" Cienega Valley Old Vine Riesling 2018 ORGANIC - A bone-dry Riesling from the maestro, Ryan Stirm. We’ve held this wine for 3 years at the store till it was perfect. Price $16.99
• Ferraris Sensazioni Monferrato Viognier ORGANIC - First-ever Viognier grapes cultivated in the Piedmont region, which were introduced in 2006. Tasting Notes: Intense yellow color with greenish reflections. It has a deep aroma of fruits, pear, and banana. On the palate it is smooth and tasty with good acidity. Price $19.99
• Pasanau Ceps Nous Priorat, Spain 2021 - Winemaker's Tasting Notes - Cherry color with purple hues. Straightforward bouquet with concentrated aromas of black fruits.

• Omen Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 – 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Finding some of the best-hidden gem wine appellations throughout the West Coast. Tonight may be called, ‘The Best Wine Tasting of the Year’. You will hear and see me use the word, ‘Wow’ quite often this weekend
Our feature wine is a $200 – 99 Point Rated Cabernet along with three incredible $40 wines that will be on my table this Holiday.
• Domaine Chavy-Chouet Bourgogne Blanc Les Saussots 2023 – Young blood, Romaric Chavy, is turning heads with his winemaking. Yes, the greatest Chardonnay comes out of Burgundy, France from vineyards within specific village boundaries such as Meursault. The grapes here are primarily Meursault, but one-third the cost. • James Rahn Pinot Meunier Rainsong Vineyard from Lower Long Tom, OR 2021 - Kevin’s Notes – Pinot Meunier is rarely found on any label except as a blending grape, but this wine certainly deserves it own name on the label. It is glorious while a little more delicate than the Pinot Noir. Price $39.99
• James Rahn Pinot Noir Rainsong Vyd, Lower Long Tom, OR 2021- Kevin’s Notes - Lower Long Tom is a Sub-Appellation within Willamette.
