New BOW! Trooper from Robinsons Brewery Trooper takes its name from the Iron Maiden song which is inspired by the famous Charge of the Light Brigade. Being a real ale enthusiast, vocalist Bruce Dickinson has developed a beer which has true depth of character.

We begin this week with the new BOW, Organic Lager from Samuel Smith's Brewery . Brewed with great care using only organic malted barley, organic hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavor and soft hop-character finish. The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve this lager’s flavor, purity and condition.

Tuesday is New Year's Eve and we've put Jake in charge of the evening! According to him, "If you want me to stay open past 7pm, get your a$$ down here!" We would like to add "Happy New Year" to that sentiment!

On New Year's Day, we are open!! So, come on down and grab your Underbergs (UNDERBERG ) to help you recover from the night before!

We begin the week with a new BOW - Big Boy Blue! from Florida Avenue Brewing Co . Vibrant blueberry and tropical mango flavors dance on the palate with a lingering sweetness and a warm finish.

We've got two great food trucks this week!:

Tommyknockers Mobile Kitchen is here on Thursday for some mouth-watering Americana cuisine!

Empadina's is here on both Thursday and Friday, bringing her amazing empanadas!

Join us Friday 1-4pm for our Tipple's Tips & Pits Fundraiser to raise money for local charity and dog rescue Plenty of Pit Bulls!
