Our apartments are now ready. They have been completely renovated and remodeled. We have 2 available. One apartment has a 1 car garage, 2 bedrooms one full bath. It has all brand new appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher). Washer and dryer hook up. It is alarm ready (if you choose to utilize).
Second apartment is a 2 bedroom, one full bath. It has all brand new appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher). Washer and dryer hook up. It is alarm ready (if you choose to utilize).
NO pets and NO smoking!
$1100.00 monthly and $1100.0 Deposit for apartment 1 (with Garage)
$1000.00 Monthly and $1000.00 Deposit for apartment 2 (w/out garage)
Applications can be picked up Tuesday (afternoon) - Friday at 192 State Hwy 5 Gainesville, Mo 65655.
1 year lease required. Background & Credit check required.

Power is currently out at the Hitch N Post due to the storm. Hopefully we will have power soon. I know White River Valley Electric is out working on all the down lines!
