As anyone knows who comes to Lake Meredith National Recreation Area we have a local bait shop that has been around for many years called SharKens Honeyhole & RV Park. A recent fire has created a total loss for this family. This community knows all to well that insurance is not going cover everything for them. They have done so many things for our community. We want to show them we appreciate it and we want to help all we can. Meredith Mike’s and StiX is going to team up June 30- July 2 to help raise what we can for them. Stix is going to take a break from the awesome usual Brazilian eats and cook up some of the charts brisket street tacos and corn on the cob. Tacos will be $2 and $5 corn on the cob. $1 from each item sold will be donated to help bring back a local legend. Stay tuned for more info. It will be at our location. 307 w broadway fritch tx.

Thank you to Zeb Smith and the Fritch Volunteer Fire Department for wanting to help out and help bring this thing together on may 29th. Not only do they protect us from fires but they all love the community as much as we do. We all know they have had their work cut out for them this year. Let’s show our appreciation and help raise these guys some money. Who knows maybe we can get them another fire truck. Thank you to everyone that is help and supporting this event.
