GRAND OPENING HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR TUESDAY 12/26!!!
It kills me to have to announce this but we will not be opening the day we originally had planned. 😢 Due to the holidays, deliveries are running behind, it should only push opening day back a few days, fingers crossed!!🤞🏻🤞🏻We should know more on Tuesday on the ETA for the rest of the deliveries for the store. I apologize for this, I feel horrible! 😱 We would like to thank everyone for all their help & hard work through this process, definitely couldn’t have been this close to opening without them that’s for sure!! I will post an update as soon as I get delivery statuses. Thank y’all for all of your patience & MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!! 🎄❤️🎁💚

HUGE shoutout to everyone who came out this past weekend & helped get us one step closer to opening day!!! I cannot thank everyone enough for all the hard work that was put in! Y’all helped us out so much!!!! So blessed to have so many family & friends stand behind us on this journey we are about to take! We are opening the day after Christmas…I know, crazy timing but we are gonna go for it! We are gonna start out with burgers & fries until our menu is finished. YES we will be serving breakfast. Please be patient, it’s gonna be a slow process to completely stock the store. If we don’t have something your looking for please let us know & we will be happy to put it on the next order. Hours will be M-Sat 5am-8pm. New Years Eve will be on a Sunday, so we have decided that we WILL be open that day!!! Grand opening gathering will be 11:30am-1pm on Tuesday, December 26! Hope to see y’all there! Spread the word!

‼️ OPENING SOON ‼️ Hey everyone!! Its been awhile since we’ve posted. Hay season kept us busy & we weren’t able to work on the store like we anticipated, but since the drought & with hay season slowing down we’ve been able to get back at it. Lots of big improvements being made! The inside of the store is getting close to being done & we are so excited with how things are coming along! We will be opening in December, possibly sooner if we can get contract work finished up!

✔️Bathroom is complete! Kitchen is almost complete, installing a vent a hood this week & it will be ready for equipment & appliances. New countertops are underway & should be finished this week!!

⛽️ Like I’ve said before, we WILL HAVE FUEL….BUT we’ve got to get up & going before that happens so please be patient, I understand everyone is eager for us to get fuel so we are making that our first priority after we get open. We’ve purchased new pumps with card readers so those still need to be installed, that will hopefully be happening shortly after we open.

🚜Dirt work is about to begin for the RV sites, we will have 6 spots available.

We’ve got a lot going on right now, can’t wait for it to all be complete. We are super blessed to have such great family & friends who have helped throughout this process as well. Definitely could not have done it without all of them. I will post more updates but here’s a few for now.

Hey y’all! Looking for your feedback…🗣️So we’d like to change things up a bit & serve something different for lunch specials, give our customers more options. We aren’t going to offer a huge menu, of course we will have burgers & fries 🍔🍟& a few other options as well, but I’d like to hear y’all’s opinion on what you would want to see on our menu & what daily lunch special ideas you have in mind. I haven’t researched what everyone around town offers for daily lunches yet, but I just feel like we should offer something that’s not the same ol’ thing. I’m also tossing the idea around about delivering lunches to town(Franklin) at a designated meeting area being as we are on the outskirts of town. If you have a minute, leave your thoughts. Thanks!😊

More progress coming along at the store!! We put in more windows, love the added natural light🌤️ Huge shout out to DC Custom Seamless Gutters, A Plus Glass & Cody Closs with Closs Air Conditioning!!! Y’all did great work! We are finishing up putting wainscot all the way around inside, lots of trim work being done, won’t be long before it’s ready for paint!!! 😁😁 Still have the kitchen & bathroom to upgrade as well! Can’t wait to see how it all turns out…Also having custom counter tops with built-ins being built as well, super blessed to have this opportunity🙌🏻❤️ I will post more pics as we update! Thank you all for being patient, I know y’all are ready for us to be open, but I bet your not as ready as I am!!!😊😊

‼️COMING SOON‼️ Hey yall!! Some of y’all may know already but my husband & I bought the old Boone Prairie Store, across from the Oak Grove Power Plant. We are super excited, it’s gonna be based more like a general store instead of your average convenience store so we will provide a lot more things. We will also serve breakfast, burgers, fries etc. as well as daily lunch specials 🍳🥓🍔🍟

🔹RV spots will be available to rent as well. We will sell gas/diesel, please be patient if we don’t have it when we open but we WILL have it!

🔸 We are in the process of upgrading & updating things inside the store to better serve everyone. Before & after pictures coming soon! We are very pleased with the progress we’ve made so far & what’s yet to come!

🔹 I’ll be looking for dependable, honest & hardworking people to employ…I’ll be making another post about hiring with more details about positions soon as well.

🎉We hope to be open mid summer, I’ll keep everyone posted on a grand opening date!!🎉
