Sprint Car Debut past Saturday at Fremont = only 11 laps

With the recent purchase this weekend, Chuck Roelle Racing is set to go 305 Sprint Car racing in 2025! Plans are to compete for Fremont Speedway & AFCS points & as many Attica races as possible.

Attempt #4 @ Fremont Speedway Our race day got off to a bad start at the shop, while going to load up the motor wasn't running right, had a bad vacuum leak which we was able to get fixed in time to just be able to make it to the track for hot laps (see video below) Drew a 100 pill (best we've had so far is a 73) had to start tail of Heat 3. Lap one in hot laps cut down a right rear tire. Lap two in the heat race cut down another right rear tire Started 11th in the B-Main, finished 2nd Started 18th in the A, started off really not going anywhere & then found a pretty good line running the very top in 3 & 4 and then diving to the bottom in turn 1, we were starting to close in on a pack of good trucks & then had to spin to avoid a wreck & hit the passenger front pretty hard which broke some suspension parts, tried to restart but the steering locked up when the green flag dropped so had to pull off 19th. That made it DNF #3 out of 4 races & a total lap count of only 77 laps in 4 races, has to be a record low for us over a 4 race span, definitely not off to the start had hoped for after all the hard work that's been put in by everyone involved, but hopefully it can only get better from here. Have some more tuning to do on this thing over the next two weeks & plan to be back @Fremont Speedway July 10th. Congrats to Jamie Miller/Tim Baker on win #2 straight. On a side note (since we absolutely suck at pill draws this year) It would be nice if the trucks qualified in our hot laps just as the sprints do. It works out just fine @Attica Raceway Park with qualifying three divisions, would be nice to see @Fremont Speedway make this change! Wish everyone a safe & blessed 4th #merica
