Many people refer to a friend or relative that knows about wine as a "Sommelier" (suh-muhl-yay) and pronounce it incorrectly such as "Sah mahl lee aye". Prior to the 19th century, in French it literally meant butler, but since then, it refers to someone whose job is to serve and give advice about wine in a restaurant. A Master Sommelier has undergone extensive schooling and passed very difficult testing in order to obtain that title. Currently, there are only 279 Master Sommelier's in the world, 170 live in the Americas.

MINT INFUSED BLUEBERRY COCKTAIL!

Mint Infused Blueberry Cocktail is refreshing, subtly sweet and has the right amount of alcohol—in other words, everything you want in a cocktail!

Ingredients
▢1 cup blueberries
▢½ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
▢2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about one lime
▢1 tablespoon honey
▢½ cup good quality vodka
▢1 cup seltzer water
▢Ice
▢Lime and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Place blueberries, mint, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, vodka and honey. Shake vigorously to blend. Strain into a mason jar or old-fashioned glass. Top with seltzer water. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
