🌙🌟 Midnight Starburst Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Crystal Clear Vodka
0.75 oz Blue Curacao
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Champagne
Edible gold stars for garnish

🌠 Instructions:

In a shaker, combine vodka, Blue Curacao, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Top with sparkling champagne for a burst of effervescence.

Cocktail of the day!
El Presidente
A true early 20th century classic and extremely popular cocktail in Cuba during the 1920s, the El Presidente makes good use of rum with orange from the Curacao and the distinctly floral aroma of Blanc Vermouth.

EQUIPMENT
Mixing glass
Coupe glass

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz White or gold rum Go ahead, pull out the real Havana Club if you've got it.
1½ oz Vermouth Blanc It's important to ensure this is Chamberey style vermouth - not dry vermouth. The most commonly available is Dolin Blanc, but you may also find Martini & Rossi or Cinzano Blanco.
¼ oz Curacao Go ahead and use Cointreau if you're out of Curacao
½ tsp Grenadine
Garnish: Maraschino cherry (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to mixing glass
Add ice, stir and strain into pre-chilled coupe glass
Garnish if desired
Drink

Cocktail of the day!
Poison Arrow Cocktail
A delicious variation on the Negroni cocktail and bearing strong resemblance to the Boulevardier, the Poison Arrow cocktail adds to the orange flavors by using Bigallet China China. Bigallet is reminiscent of the legendary but no longer available Amer Picon and is made by infusing sweet and bitter orange peels in neutral spirit. The China China (pronounced kee-na) refers to quinine, a common bittering agent in amaros and other aperitifs.

EQUIPMENT

Mixing glass
Jigger
Barspoon
Julep strainer
Old Fashioned Glass

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz Bourbon
¾ oz Bigallet China China Torani Amer will work if you're out of Bigallet.
½ oz Campari
2 dash Orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: Orange twist

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Add all ingredients to your trusty mixing glass.
2) Add ice and stir to chill.
3) Strain into Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a single, large cube.
4) Express orange twist over drink and add to glass.
5) Drink.
6) Rinse and repeat.
