Stop by for our tasting tonight from 4:30pm-6:30, sip some bourbon & rye, and try Gus’ TSG Manhattan. A twist on a classic, the richness of Spanish vermouth and touch of chocolate bitters enhance the flavors of this beloved cocktail.

Ingredients
2 oz. J.W. Kelly Melrose Rye
3/4 oz. De Ursua Rojo Vermouth
2 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 15-30 seconds. Serve over a giant cube and enjoy. Optional: garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or orange peel.

J.W. Kelly was a pioneer of famed bourbons and whiskeys, who crafted his unique blueprint for his whiskey revolution. After settling in Chattanooga, TN in 1866, Kelly created the best American whiskey of his era. Kelly’s use of old-world pot distillation and custom mixture of corn, malted rye, and barley helped create a standard of excellence that still lives on today.

We are excited to welcome Niki Wente, Winegrower & Director of Vineyard Operations of Wente Wines, to our store this Wednesday! Stop by between 5pm-7pm on January 22nd and learn about this iconic vineyard. Founded in 1883, Wente is the longest, continuous family-owned & operated winery in the United States - now on its 5th generation of leadership. Known for crafting and propagating what’s called the ‘Wente Clone,’ this variation of Chardonnay makes up over 75% of all Chardonnay planted in California. Niki will be pouring the following:
