The projected rainfall totals could seriously impact low lying and flood prone areas within Vernon Parish.

Please prepare now and do not travel on the roadways unless absolutely necessary.

DO NOT attempt to drive through flood prone areas. Remember turn around - don't drown.

Sheriff Craft will have extra personnel on patrol to assist with any emergency situations that may occur during this weather event.
