Come visit Denver’s “cute lil hole in the wall” for the 60% OFF TABLE that is filled with goodies! We have a great assortment of greeting cards, gifts, and we also deliver to the people of Western North Carolina. If you would like to chip in on the next load of donations, I’ll include our listed items that you can drop off here at the gift shop. Our next trip to Swannanoa is this Saturday! Let’s fill up a good load to warm their hearts. If you are interested in going to help give supplies to the public, I can fill you in. *Read under the photos to see our 60% off table items, donation list and an idea of what’s coming in, plus photos describing our gifts.
Also, I paid a visit to the new facility that feeds locals here in Denver this morning. If you are interested in helping serve locally, we will have hours and info coming in later today as Lake Norman Food Mission is having the Grand Opening of their new building today. This place is nice and will feed body and souls in Lincoln County and surrounding areas.

Our next load will go up next Saturday, January 18th.
Our focus is to get listed items that are needed and not many are coming in to the distribution hub.
On location Volunteers are in need, if you’d like to go you are more than welcome. Questions or info, I can fill you in.
This is a great opportunity for a small group, class, church, or business to chip in and do a collection or day trip.
I voluntarily do this, it ALL goes plus some. Thank you to so many for your trust and participation.

Questions of “how are things in the mountains now RoLo?” Well, it’s not good. 😭
Heart Breaking, Heart Touching, Heart Healing to know we are still helping to meet needs throughout the mountains of North Carolina.
Please, let’s not leave them in the cold. I will continue to volunteer the gift shop and my time to collect & deliver donated supplies as well as stay to volunteer on delivery days. I’ll post a list while we are snowed in this weekend, and we will resume helping when it melts the next day. ❄️
Here’s some photos to show you that, yes, people are living in tents, campers, and tiny homes. Yes, it’s true lots of businesses are not open and people are out of jobs still. Yes, it’s true things look a mess like a storm just hit. And yes, they are volunteer working to clean up and rebuild as best they can. Well why does it still look so bad you may ask??? Because it was so bad you can clean, clean, and clean without knocking a dent in it all. That’s how bad the destruction REALLY was.
I’m glad a few of us from Real Life Church spent a day helping serve the Swannanoa/Black Mountain areas.
And now, fires are raging destroying California! 😭 I can’t take much more.

As my dear friend Coach teaches, don’t sit on the sidelines, “Get in the game”.
Every little donation adds up to BIG hope! We are collecting up a load for in the morning’s trip. There’s still time to run some stuff over and if you’d like go volunteer, let’s do it!
Please pray that God is glorified in all things and may someone that’s hanging on by a thread be comforted.

Looks like we may possibly have 7 volunteers going to Generation Church in Swannanoa with us this Thursday! Anyone else????
If you are able to help fill the trailer, donations can be dropped off Wednesday at the gift shop. I will be closed Thursday (January 9th) to take donations and volunteer most of the day. The list is most needed items along with propane cylinders for heat and cook stoves. You are welcome to bundle up and carpool along, the more the merrier as we bring hope to our friends in WNC.

Our mountain trip will move up to Thursday this week rather than Saturday as planned due to the weather forecast. The Generation Church Hub may have a big day Thursday with people stocking up before winter weather moves in, so I think volunteering that day will help them out as well as the communities food and supply needs.
We have 2 of us going in my truck, anyone else that wants to carpool up Thursday and volunteer, you are more than welcome to do so.
If you have donations by Wednesday evening, I’ll load it up. Anything else can go on the next load. All locations I communicate with are in need of supplies.
It seems as more people have focused on building supplies, essentials/food donations like we supply have decreased and are in need. If you can help, I’ll keep collecting and hauling it. Whoever wants to go with us will always be welcome.
Who wants to go to the mountains?! Yay, help is on the way!!!! 🥶❄️🚛

We are planning a trip to Swannanoa this Saturday, if you’d like to carpool up and volunteer, chip in listed items that we will take and distribute to the public, I can shop for you as I’m going to buy items anyway, or most needed prayers, you are welcome to do so. You can bring listed items to gift shop and drop off or if you need info, I’m here for you. Green propane cylinders are always in need as well.
Together we have helped a lot of people throughout WNC, along the routes to WNC, and even locally as we have come together. We may never know praise report stories that will pass on to future generations, but our love will carry on…..🥰

Volunteers are still in need throughout WNC. We were in Burnsville, Pensacola area Friday and so many just found out they are turned down for assistance. They were overly thankful that people are coming to help. Many volunteers with donations have quit coming. Not us!, I’ll be going back to Swannanoa and other severely damaged areas this month. The posted donation list will focus on a few items in hopes we can get enough for more people, rather than running out so soon. It’s heartbreaking when you don’t have enough for everyone, but that will always be the case. We took the can luncheon meat and almost everyone that came wanted one. Laundry, dish soaps ran out last time with half a day still to go. I’ll post a list and if you can chip in any, you are more than welcome to. If you are interested in volunteering on days I go or other days, I can fill you in with info. A day of carpooling up to volunteer is a great way to serve the Lord too. More than anything, would you please pray. 🙏 Thank You!
