Casa Aficionado - Luciano Cigar Lounge presents PETER JAMES “ EMERGENCE “
Luciano Ci**rs and Peter James Co. announced a new joint venture called Peter James Cigar Co. that would produce a new cigar line and a range of cigar accessories. Now, that first cigar line has a name—Emergence—and it promises to deliver “an exclusive journey into genuine luxury”
The blend is focused on using aged to***co, with fermentation for the to***co lasting between three and 10 years, depending on what the company feels is the optimal point for each leaf. The wrapper is a corojo hybrid viso grown in the Loja region of Ecuador, located south of Quevedo, which is said to be known for its volcanically enriched soil. Those wrapper leaves undergo a fermentation process that takes five years due to the low temperature required by the delicate nature of the leaves, according to the company.
Underneath that wrapper is a Brazilian mata fina binder, while the filler contains piloto cubano from the Dominican Republic, as well as to***co from Nicaragua and the United States. The company says the to***co comes from five distinct regions in total.
